Our Menus at The Valley Inn & Abbey Wright Brewing Company

The chef at The Valley Inn loves seafood in all of its' forms. Therefore, he creates dishes that inspire his palate. The seafood is always fresh, never frozen, and prepared using our own garden herbs, sauces, and unique creativity. Taste the difference of seafood as it's supposed to be!

Broiled or Pan Fried Haddock
A large portion of light and flaky haddock, cooked to your liking, drizzled in butter and served with plenty of lemons slices.

Stuffed Flounder
Flounder stuffed with our own Imperial stuffing of shrimp, crab, celery, cream, cheeses and spices. Baked to perfection.

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp combined with lots of garlic, white wine and butter. Served with linguine.

Crab Cakes
Two jumbo, no-filler crab cakes combined with our chefs own "secret seafood spices."

Beer Battered Shrimp
8 shrimp dipped in our own lager beer batter, and fried to a golden brown.

Fish & Chips
Two portions of haddock, batter dipped and deep fried to a golden brown. Served with our own fresh-cut french fries.

Broiled Scallops
Sea scallops baked or broiled in a butter, shallot & white wine sauce.

Scallops Alfredo*
Tender bay scallops in a light cheese Alfredo sauce. Served with linguine.

All of our dinners unless otherwise noted come with garlic bread, your choice of potato, and a choice of soup or salad.
